African Diaspora Press is an independent publisher of books that relate directly or broadly to the African world experience. Our goal is to provide artistic freedom and economic opportunity to writers and lecturers whose work is in the spirit of liberation. While our focus is on non-fiction books and documentaries, we publish work of any methodology or genre that is very consistent with our mission. The mission of African Diaspora Press is to enlighten the multitude of African people about the historical experience of their ancestors, the current condition of the African world, and solutions to bring about a desired future. We seek to do this by producing well-researched material at reasonable prices and in varied formats.
